Need help getting your creation care team going? Want to share your successes and encourage other green teams? Need resources to educate your congregation?
The NC Conference Creation Care Team invites all District Creation Care Team leaders and members, DS’s, and others interested in starting a team to come together for a day of networking and sharing ideas and resources.
The day’s agenda will include hearing from the UMC’s first Missionary to the Earth, background on denominational commitments to creation care ministries, introduction to the Conference team and current initiatives, available resources,
and lots of cross-pollinating among the attendees. We aim to send folks home feeling connected, inspired, and equipped to take the next faithful step in creation care ministry.

The Conference team exists to empower local churches to live out the Biblical mandate to care for God’s good creation, and we need to hear how we can best serve those of you on the ground in the Districts and local churches.
