Clergy Moving Expense Request for Advance

For June 2026 moves, please submit your advance request by June 5, 2026, to ensure the funds are received before your move.

The Conference Treasurer will make an advance payment up to $600.00 to eligible clergy to cover the expense of deposit and fees for moving expenses prior to their move, upon appointment confirmation.

Any money that is left over shall be refunded to the Conference Treasurer no later than four months following the date of the move.
